Team Scheduling

  • Go to My Account: My Attorneys.

  • Select the attorney(s) at your firm location to whom you want to be linked.

  • The other members of the team do the same.

  • A team calendar is created when more than one person is linked to the same attorney(s).   

Members of the team calendar can see the same calendar and act on behalf of each other. The name of the person who performs the actions will appear in the Audit Trail for that setting.

Note: Attorneys cannot create team calendars. They can request a Managed Case Repository.

The names of the linked attorneys will appear in the Setting Attorney drop-down list on the Schedule page of the scheduling legal staff.
