Get Help replaces emails and phone calls you may be using to request help from Esquire (for help other than scheduling).
Using Get Help, you select the topic, ask your question or make your request, then submit it.
Your question, whether it is about billing, transcripts, or anything else (but not scheduling) will go to the right party within Esquire to be resolved. You will receive an email with any additional questions, or answers. All communications appears on the Request Support page.
If you do call us with a request, we create a request ticket so that you can track the resolution on-line. Your Esquire salesperson is also notified whenever you have a request so that they can make sure you receive the best service.
