Confirmation Email Questions
Can I confirm my proceeding on-line?
Yes. You have several choices. Select one.
One business day before the proceeding you will receive an email requesting confirmation. If you click on the Confirm button on the email and submit, your setting will be confirmed and the status will change in the EsquireConnect Audit Trail to "Client Confirmed."
The day before the proceeding the “Confirm” icon will appear on the pop-up summary of proceeding. Review the details, and if they are correct, click on the “Okay” button. Again, the status will change in the EsquireConnect Audit Trail to “Client Confirmed.”
If you don’t confirm on-line or by email, then an Esquire scheduler will call you.
In all cases, once you confirm, the status on EsquireConnect will change to “Confirmed” and the Audit Trail will be updated. If the Esquire scheduler is unable to reach you, we will change the status to “Confirmed by Esquire” and conclude that the proceeding is moving forward.
Can I cancel or reschedule a deposition online once I have confirmed it?
Not online. Given the short time remaining, once a deposition has been confirmed, you will not be able to change any part of it on-line. You must call any changes in to your scheduling Esquire office. The changes you call in, however, will appear in your EsquireConnect account.
How can I change email preferences so that the attorney or other legal staff don’t receive scheduling confirmations or transcript notifications?
Contact your Esquire Representative or Esquire Client Care at ccare@esquiresolutions.com.
