Can I have more than one EsquireConnect account?
Each EsquireConnect account must have a unique email address. If your firm uses one email address, then request attorney accounts with a fake email address, and one Legal Staff account with the firm’s email address. Link the Legal Staff account to the attorney accounts (see My Account: My Attorneys). Now you can schedule on behalf of each attorney. You can set communications preferences so that the attorney never receives an email.
                              

Can my firm use one account for all of its work?

That is not advisable for a number of reasons. For security, tracking, billing and audit purposes, each person using EsquireConnect have to have an account. However, we have made EsquireConnect very easy to use collaboratively. See Team Scheduling
